Service Department

-APPOINTMENTS-

When you know that you will be bringing your vehicle to our service department for service, maintenance or repairs, please call ahead and make an appointment.  We try to schedule our workday for 60% appointment work and 40% emergencies, carryovers, and non-appointment work.  Our appointments are worked on first.  when making an appoinment, you will be asked what time you will be arriving.  Your answer allows us to plan our day.  It is not, however, a guarantee that we will start working on your vehicle at that time.  Unfortunately, we never know how long it may take to repair a vehicle when it is first brought in.  We assure you that we will begin work on your vehicle as soon after your arrival as possible.  We also make appointments for Saturday work.

-ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION-

We offer our customers a shuttle van for their convenience.  This van can take you to your work, your home, an appointment, the mall, or any other place you need to be in the city of Concord.  We will also pick you up and bring you back when your vehicle is ready.  The shuttle van is sceduled to make its first run at 7:45 a.m. each morning.  Please keep in mind that if you need to be picked up after work, there may be some delay if we have several customers needing pickup around that time.  We assure you that we will do our best to pick you up as soon as possible.

If your vehicle is still in warranty and you have a warranty problem that may cause us to keep your vehicle overnight, General Motors offers a rental car which is covered under warranty.  You will need a valid driver's license and proof of insurance for the rental car.  We have several vehicles available in our service department.

-FLEET AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS-

For our Fleet and Commercial customers we like to expand upon our quality service.  We understand the importance of your vehicles, and that your business is dependant on them.  For you, we like to be flexible and help reduce your down time as a result of your vehicles being maintained.

Check You Air Pressure
